We're proud of the fact that we are an entirely family-owned and operated business since 1974. Chateau Grand Traverse employs, on average, about 24 people, growing to as many as fifty during our peak summer and fall harvest seasons. We consider ourselves fortunate to work together, in a great industry, in friendly environment, in a beautiful corner of the world.
Being a rather small, family-operated company, it's common for many of our staff to be "hands-on" in at least some aspect of the winemaking process. This helps keep everyone informed with current activities and what’s going on around the winery.
